两种不同南瓜籽油中脂肪酸的GC_MS分析_张捷莉 . Analysis of Fatty Acids in Two Kinds of Cucurbita moschata Duchesne Seed Oil by GC-MS

Abstract

In this experiment,ultrasonic method was used to extract seed oil.Then methyl ester of fatty acid were obtained by sodium hydroxide methyl alcohol.At last,the components and their relative contents were analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed that there were 15 fatty acids in the black pumpkin seeds and 8 in normal one,and there were much more unsaturated fatty acids in the black pumpkin than that in normal,and the contents of unsaturated fatty acids were also higher.
