决明子中脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析_刁全平（GC-MS） . Study on Fatty Acids of Cassia by GC-MS

Abstract

The components and the relative contents of the fatty acid from Cassia are analyzed. The fatty oil is extracted by Soxhlex extraction method and Ultrasonic extraction method,and is esterified by sodium hydroxide-methanol,and the fatty acids are separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results show that 9 fatty acids are identified in the sample extracted by Soxhlex extraction method,unsaturated fatty acids are account for 67. 62%,7 fatty acids are identified in the sample extracted by Ultrasonic extraction method,unsaturated fatty acids are account for 65. 45%.
