ObjectiveTo analyze fatty acids composition in Semen Cassiae.MethodsThe oil extracted from Semen Cassiae was saponifacted and modified to methyle esters first,then it was determined by GC-MS.ResultsFourteen fatty acids were characterized and determined,the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 71.13%.ConclusionThe relsult would provides a reference for study and comprehensive utilization of Semen Cassiae in future.
