锦葵科两种植物籽油脂肪酸组成研究 . Study on the Fatty Acid of Seed Oil from Two Wild Malvaceae Plants

Abstract

Using the capillary gas chromatography,the authors determined the seed oil content,physico-chemical constant,fatty acid components and relative quantity of 2 species,Malvaceae plants in Qinghai province.The result showed that the majority of fatty acids were palmitic,oleic,linoleic and linolenic acid.The contents of unsaturated fatty acids were 77.10% and 73.70%.Among these,the linoleic acids were 59.52% and 61.63%,respectively.
