Abstract

Oil content of seed and the composition and chemical-physical properties of fatty acid in the oil was studied.The seeds of 4 specieses collected from 7 regions in the North and Northwest of China.The content of unsaturated fatty acid in the oil is more than 90%.Many kinds of bioactive substance in the oil is very rich.The apply in the practice was studied.
