Exploring Phylogenetic Relationships between Hundreds of Plant Fatty Acids Synthesized by Thousands of Plants. more details ...
Abstract Seed oil of Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.) Makin is extracted with supercritical CO2,and then is saponified and esterfied.15 fatty acids in Physalis alkekengi L seed oil are separated and identified by GC-MS.The results show that the total fatty acids of the oil are composed of 39.12 % saturated fatty acids and 60.88 % unsaturated fatty acids.Furthermore,8-Octadecenoic acid(58.40%),Hexadecanoic acid(20.29%) and Octadecanoic acid(14.60%) are the main fatty acids in the seed oil.
