金樱子、火棘的果实特性和营养成分_蔡金腾（GC） . Studies on nutrient compontents and characters of Rosa laevigata and Pyracantha spp fruits

Abstract

The fruit characters and nutrlent components of Rosa laevigata Michx and P yracantha SPP have been de-termined,The results showed as follows;(1)Both of them are rich in nutrient materials and its component complate;(2) They have many kinds of vitamine,and the Vc content of Rosa laevigata is rather high,reaching to 1187.30mg/100g;(3)There are 18 kinds of amino acid in them of which 8 are EAA;(4)There are 5 kinds of fatty acid and 18 kinds of inorganic salts and trace elements,with a plentiful contrnts of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,etc.which have been proved to be good for health;(5)The activity of SOD of P yracantha SPP friut is266.2μg/g;Rosa laevigata Michx is a plenty of sugar,and reducing sugar content is 22.05%,and the total sugar is 23.78%;(6)The seed of Rosa.leavigata fruit contains plantiful nutrient materials.
