Abstract

Fats were extracted from Java Brueea Fruit，tea seed，camphor tree seed，Mume fruit stone，olive stone by Soxhlet extraction and supercritiea]carbon dioxide extraction，and then GC analyzed the fatty acid compositions．The ker— nel yield and oil yield of these plant seeds were also determined．The results can provide basic data for developing and u— tilizing these plant seeds resource．
