Abstract

To investigate the fatty acids compositions of Orostachys spinosa (L.) C. A. Mey. Methods: The fatty acid in Orostachys spinosa (L.) C. A. Mey. was extracted by soxhlet extraction, after methyl esterifying treatment, the compo sition of fatty acid was analyzed by GC-MS. Results: There were six kinds of fatty acids in Orostachys spinosa (L.) C. A. Mey.. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and used for the determination of Orostachys spinosa (L.).C. A. Mey..
