桦木科3种野生植物籽油脂肪酸研究 . Study on the fatty acid of seed oil from 3 wild Betulaceae plants

Abstract WT5BZ]Using the capillary gas chromatography,the authors determine the seed oil content,physico-chemical constant,fatt acid components and relative quantity of 3 species, Betulacene plants in Qinghai province.The result shows that the majority of fatty acids are palmitic,oleic,linoleic and linolenic acid.
