Abstract

This paper investigates and collects the main 21 varieties of rape which popularize in Hanzhong. Adopting Soxhlet extractor method and Gas chromatography(GC) to analyze fatty acid composition about rape mainly popularized in Hanzhong, The results show that unsaturated fatty acids content between 5.3%~6.3%, oleic acid between 29.8%~69.3%, linoleic between 14.9%~19.5%, linolenic acid between 7.4%~12.2%, erucid between 0~27.3%.
