海棠果种子油脂肪酸成分研究(GC) . Study on the components of fat acids in the oil from seeds of Calophyllum inophyllum L

Abstract

The paper reported the content of the seed oils from Calophyllum inophyllum L and its fat acid components.Fat acids of the saponified oils,which were methyl-esterified with boron fluoride-methanol solution,were identified by GCMS,and determined by GC.It is shown that the fat acids are mainly composed of palmitic acid(8.64%),stearic acid(8.96%),oleic aicd(37.7%),linoleic acid(20.1%),linolenic acid(0.38%),etc.,in which the unsaturated fat acids are more than 58%.It is very worth being developed.
