海棠果油的提取及其理化性质和脂肪酸组成分析_夏秋瑜 . Extraction of Calophyllum Inophyllum L.Seed Oil and Analysis of Properties and Fatty Acid Composition

Abstract

The oil extraction technology from seeds of Calophyllum inophyllum L.growing in Hainan province was studied and the oil physical/chemical properties and fatty acid composition were analyzed by GC-M.Results: The optimal extraction conditions are using petroleum ether as solvent,solid to liquid ratio 8,temperature 30℃,and extraction time 12 h.The extraction rate is 95.86%.The oil acid value is 26.90 mgKOH/g,iodine value 55.54 gI2 /100g,and saponification value 166.42.Fourteen fatty acids amounting to 99.92% of the total fatty acid content are identified.The main components are oleic acid(42.05%),linoleic acid(26.57%),palmitic acid(13.62%) and stearic acid(15.78%).
