For developing and making use of the product of Trichosanthes dafangensis better,the contents of nutrition components and the correlative active ingredients in its seeds are measulMad in this reseall3h.The results showed that higher content in protein and completer categories in amino acids of its seed.The content of essential amino acid is around 30.24%,and the unsaturated fatty acid,that including oleic acid(C18:1),linoleic acid(C18:2)and EPA(C20:5).is more than 81.92%offatty acid in the seed of Z dafangensis
