The seed oil of Broussonetia papyrifera is extracted by Ultrasonic strengthen method,and the mass fraction of Vitamin E and fatty acids are detected through the method of fluorometric analysis and gas chromatography analysis,respectively. The mass fraction of Vitamin E is410. 45 mg·kg- 1. The GC- MS analysis shows that fatty acids,such as palmitic acid,stearic acid,margaric acid and etc,and unsaturated fatty acid,such as linoleic acid,oleic acid and etc,are detected in the seed oil. The contents of linoleic acid are 77. 984 mg·kg- 1.
