富硒地区玉米油中硒及脂肪酸含量的测定-苏青云(GC) . Determination of Selenium and Fatty Acids in Corn Oil Fromdistrict Rich in Selenium

Abstract

Crude oil was extracted from grown in Enshi, a district rich in of China. The content of in the crude oil was 22 times higher than an usual oil. Among the products obtained from the oil extraction and saponification separation, oil extraction had maximum content, which is higher than that in powder. The content in oil, in fatty acid extraction and in unsaponifiable is approximately equal, which is much lower than that in the first two products. The fatty acids in oil was also analyzed quantitatively.
