番荔枝籽油脂脂肪酸组成的GC-MS分析—梁敏(GC-MS) . Analysis of Fatty Acid Composition of Annona Squamosa L.Seed Oil by GC-MS

Abstract

Fatty acid composition of Annona squamosa L.seed oil was studied in this paper.Oil of Annona squamosa L.seed was extracted by Soxhlet extraction and fatty acid composition was analyzed by GC-MS.The yield of Annona squamosa L.seed oil was 29.2%.The GC-MS results showed that Annona squamosa L.seed oil was composed of 8 kinds of fatty acids,maily oleic acid(45.37%),linoleic acid(30.68%),palmitic acid(13.60%),stearic acid(8.94%).And the content of unsaturated fatty acids was up to 76.29%.Annona squamosa L.seed was of good development and utilization value due to its high oil content,varieties of fatty acids,especially higher content of unsaturated fatty acids.
