冬凌草籽油品质分析及脂肪酸含量的测定 . quality and components of fatty acids rabdosia rubescens seeds oil

Abstract

The Rabdosia rubescens seeds oil has been evaluated.The oil was obtained by Soxhlet extraction and their key indices were determined.It was found that the oil content of Rabdosia rubescens oil was 26.45%;iodine value was 207.53; saponification numbers was 214.18 and acetylation value was 2.64.The main fatty acids content were determined by GC,of their methyl ester derivatives.These are linoleic acid 26.4 %,oleic acid 10.2 %,palmitic acid 5.1% and satiric 2.4 %.The present study provided valuable information for the nutritive and pharmaceutical uses of Rabdosia rubescens.
