Abstract

The fatty acids in the fruit of belvedere were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and identified by GC-MS after being esterified.The results showed that 22 compounds were isolated,and 13 kinds of fatty acids were identified,which be 93.333% of the total fatty acids.The composition of fatty acids in the fruit of belvedere included 9,12-octadecadienoic acid(47.379%),9-octadecenoic acid(19.880%),Hexadecanoic acid(10.274%),9-hexadecenoic acid(5.321%) and Octadecanoic acid(3.331%),which had a value for medical use.
