大叶女贞籽脂肪酸组成分析GC . Analysis of Fatty Acid Composition in the Seed of Ligustrun Lucidum Ait

Abstract

The fatty acid composition in the seed of Ligustrun Lucidum Ait was studied by Gas Chromatography. Results showed that the main components were Palmitic (C16:0),Steaeic (C18:0),Oleic (C18:1),Linoleic (C18:2),and Linolenic (C18:3) with their contents of 11.22%, 4.40%, 28.02%, 50.06% and 3.04%,respectively. The proportion of unsaturated fatty acid was above 80%, so the seed oil of ligustrun lucidum ait belonged to unsaturated oil which possessed promising application.
