大扁杏杏仁油的脂肪酸分析_高义霞 . Analysis of fatty acids of almonds oil from Prunus armeniaca linn.

Abstract

Almonds oil from Prunus armeniaca Linn.was obtained using Soxhlet extractor method,and the almonds oil was saponified with saturated KOH-methanol.The mixed fatty acids were methylated by methanol-H2SO4(4∶1,V/V).Methyl esters were extracted by ether and detected by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The results indicated that the oil yield was 51.2%;the major components of fatty acid are mainly oleic acid(77.08%),linoleic acid(6.12%),palmitic acid(7.12%),linolenic acid(3.44%)and stearic acid(1.36%),etc.Among them,unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 86.64%.
