Abstract

The research aimed to study the fatty acid components in Capparis spinosa L. seed oil. [Method] The fatty acid components were analyzed by GC-MS. [Result] The results showed that 6 kinds of fatty acids had been indentified, and the unsaturated fatty acid was 73.10% relatively, the essential fatty acid was 56.01% relatively. [Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for deep development and utilization of Capparis spinosa L.
