Abstract

The Rosa Roxburghii Tratt seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid.The fatty acidic components in Rosa Roxburghii Tratt seed oil were methylated.These acidic compounds were isolated and identified by the capillary GC-MS method;the relative contents of acidic constitutes were determined by the area normalizing method.The following are results:10 fatty acids in Rosa Roxburghii Tratt seed oil are identified,which consist of 4 saturated fatty acids(14.91%)and 6 unsaturated fatty acids(83.64%).The main saturated fatty acids are palmitic acid(8.54%)and stearic acid(4.42%);the main unsaturated fatty acids are linoleic acid(41.68%),linolenic acid(25.44%),and oleic acid(12.74%).Rosa Roxburghii Tratt seed oil is a kind of high quality functional oil,and the analytic results provide scientific basis for exploitation and utilization of Rosa Roxburghii Tratt seed oil.
