The friut characters and nutritive components of Rosa roxburghii Tratt, Rosa Laevigata Michx and Pyracantha SPP have been determined and the results shown as follows : All of them contain rich nutritive materials, complete compositions; They have many kinds of Vitamine. With a great deal of Rosa roxburghii Tratt and Rosa Laevigata Michx VC; There are 18 kinds of Amino acid in them of which 8 are EAA; There are 5 kinds of fatty acid and 18 kinds of inorganic salts and trace elements;The activity of SOD of the fruits are powerful;Rosa Laevigata Michx contains a plenty of sugar; The seed of Rosa roxburghii Tratt and Rosa Laevigata Michx fruits also contains plentiful nutritive materials .
