Abstract

Single factor experiments were carried our to investigate the effects of extracting pressure,CO2 flow rate,extracting time and extracting temperature on the yield of coriander seed oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid.The proper parameters obtained are as follows: extracting pressure 20MPa,CO2 flow rate 30 L/h,extracting time 180 min,extracting temperature 42 ℃.The yield of coriander seed oil is more than 12% at this condition.The composition of fatty acids in the coriander seed oil was analyzed.
