超临界CO2及夹带剂萃取顶坛花椒籽油工艺优化GC . Process optimization of oil extraction from Zanthoxylum planispinumvar.dintanensis seed by supercritical carbon dioxide with entrainers

Abstract

Different kinds of entrainers were added to the process of extracting Zanthoxylum planispinumvar.dintanensis seed oil with supercritical carbon dioxide.The optimal extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal test as follows: pressure 16 MPa,temperature 45℃,absolute ethanol as entrainer,entrainer dosage 3%(based on the molar flux of carbon dioxide).Under the optimal conditions,the extraction yield reached 21.98%.The gas chromatographic analysis showed that the Zanthoxylum planispinumvar.dintanensis seed oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as linolenic acid,palmitoleic acid and linoleic acid.The acid value of the oil was slightly higher,and the oil should be refined.
