Abstract

This study is to extract oil from peony seed with Supercritical CO2 extraction method and the analysis of a single factor affecting the rate of extraction,moreover identify the best method for the extraction of oil from peony seed based on Response Surface Analysis(RSA),the best result is 27.11%.This study use GC-MS to analysis the composition of oil,the unsaturated fatty acid can reach 90%.
