超临界CO_2流体萃取琉璃苣籽油及其脂肪酸分析_任飞 . Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of borage seed oil and its fatty acid composition analysis

Abstract

The borage seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid,and the effects of extraction pressure,temperature,time and CO2 flow rate on the oil yield extraction were studied.The optimal conditions were determined by orthogonal test as follows:extraction pressure 25 MPa,temperature 45℃,time 2.5 h and CO2 flow rate 45 L/h.Under the optimal conditions,the oil yield was 28.08%.The composition of the seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS,and the main fatty acids were oleic acid,linoleic acid and γ-linolenic acid.
