Abstract

The best condition of the extraction of seed oil from Iva xanthifolia with supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) was studied.The effects of pressure,temperature,size and flux of carbon dioxide were studied.The optimum operating condition is pressure 30 MPa,temperature 40℃,size 150～180μm and the flow of carbon dioxide 12kg/h.Iva xanthifolia seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrum(GC - MS) after esterification.Five components from eight peaks of the fatty acid constituents were identified.The relative contents of seed oils were calculated with area normalization.The main constituents are linoleic acid,oleic acid,palmitic acid,stearic acid,and the relative contents are 62.481%,23.112%,9.046%and 1.702%,respectively.
