超临界CO_2萃取枸杞籽油的研究_潘太安 . Studies on the extraction of oil from wolfberry seeds with supercritical CO2

Abstract

Supercritical CO 2 extraction for the seed oil of wolfberry(Lycium barbarum L.) was investigated under different conditions such as pressure,temperature, flow rate and extractive time etc. An optimum rate of extraction was obtained. At the pressure of 25-30 MPa, temperature of 35-45?℃ and flow rate of 40?kg/h, over 90% of the seed oil was extracted in three hours. The oil composition was analyzed.
