Orthogonal tests L9(34)were used to investigate the effects of extraction temperature,pressure,CO2 flux, extraction time on the yield of Lyceum Barbarum seed oil when the oil was extracted by supercritical fluid of carbon dioxide. The optimum parameters obtained from the results of orthogonal tests were as follows:extraction temperature 45℃,CO2 flux 30L/h,pressure 30MPa,extraction time 60min. The yield of Lyceum Barbarum seed oil with supercritical CO2 extraction was 18.86% under optimum condition. The content of the oil from Lyceum Barbarum seed was determined by HPLC-APCI-MS,with the unsaturated fatty acids being 89.01%,among which the linoleic acid and oleic acid were 63.05% and 21.13%,respectively.
