Abstract The supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of strawberry seed oil were optimized and the effects of extraction parameters on the oil's fatty acid composition were investigated.The obtained optimum extraction parameters are seed water content 7.12 %~14.85 %,material particle size 60~80 mesh,extraction pressure 45 MPa,temperature 65 ℃,CO2 flow rate 10 L/h.Under such conditions,the extraction yield of strawberry seed oil is 0.237 g/g material.The contents of palmitic acid and palmitoleic acid significantly decline(P0.05) while oleic,linoleic,eicosanoic and eicosadienoic acids increase significantly(P0.05)when extraction pressure is increased and extraction time is extended.
