Exploring Phylogenetic Relationships between Hundreds of Plant Fatty Acids Synthesized by Thousands of Plants. more details ...
Abstract Fatty acids in supercritical CO2 extraction product from Agastache rugosa seed were analyzed. The seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2,saponified and methylated, and then analyzed by GC-MS method.Producing oil rate was 9.95%.The results showed that 14 fatty acids in the seed were indentified. The main fatty acids were linolenic acid(1.77%),linoleic acid(1.15%),oleic acid(1.00%),palmitic acid(0.52%) and stearic acid(0.24%).The content of the unsaturated fatty acids was 3.92%.
