草莓籽油脂肪酸组分分析_罗仓学 . Fatty acid compositions of strawberry seed oil

Abstract The fatty acid compositions of strawberry seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography and physicochemical properties was studied.The results showed that the strawberry seed oil was composed mainly of unsaturated fatty acids(94.52%),such as oleic acid 13.29%,linoleic acid 39.92% and linolenic acid 39.50%.
