Abstract

Using the same batch of Amur grape seeds,Amur grape seed oil was extracted with the SCF-CO2 method and the method of organic solvent extraction plus oil refining.The physical and chemical indices,fatty acid contents,VE content and trace element contents of the produced oil were analyzed.Results show that although both the SCF-CO2 extracted oil and the refined oil meet the international standard,the SCF-CO2 extracted oil excels the refined oil in main indices.Compared with the organic solvent extracted then refined oil,the SCF-CO2 extracted oil has higher contents of palm acid,stearic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid,but obviously lower content of linolenic acid,higher content of VE,higher contents of K and Fe,but lower contents of Ca and Cr.The contents of P in both of the oil are almost equal.
