Abstract

The compositions of Camellia oil fatty acid from Henan,Hubei,Hunan and Guangxi Province were obtained by using gas chromatography technology. The results showed that,the content of oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid and unsaturated fatty acid were associated with the latitude of origin place. Among them,the content of oleic acid,linolenic acid and unsaturated fatty acid had a rising trend with the decreasing of origin latitude,and the content of linoleic acid decreased firstly and then increased with the decrease of origin latitude.
