The nutritional components of P.Aviculane L. seeds were analyzed. There are rich in mineral elements, amino acid, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and unsaturated fatty oil in the seeds, which is necessary for human. Therefore, the seed and oil have the high nutritive values for exploitation and utilization as food, perfume and medicine.
