Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the content of fatty acids in seeds of Sinapis alba.METHODS The GC MS technique was used to analyze the content of fatty acids in seeds of Sinapis alba.RESULTS The 12 kinds of fatty acids were determined,they includes lauric acid(0 03%)?myristic acid(0 24%)?pentadecanoic acid(0 09%)?palmitoleic acid(1 43%)?palmitic acid(6 51%)?linoleic acid(34 80%)?stearic acid(2 67%)?α linoleic acid(13 01%)?oleic acid(11 9%)?Nonadecanoic acid(1 46%)?arachidic acid(1 40%)?erucic acid(21 51%).
