Abstract The nutritional components of Nitraria sibirica Pall.fruit were analyzed.As a result,it is showed that the content of Vc in fruit is 52.0%,soluble sugar 9.79%;the total content of amino acids in pulp is 7.47 mg/100mg;the content of amino acids is 13.76 mg/100mg and the content of oil in seed is 12.7%,containing linoleic acid 64.28%.
