Prunus amygdalus Butsch.seed oil was extracted from Prunus amygdalus Butsch.kernel by Soxhlet extraction,and its fatty acid composition was analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the oil mainly contained palmitic acid(4.01%),stearic acid(2.72%),oleic acid(23.95%),linoleic acid(34.76%) and linolenic acid(28.55%).The unsaturated fatty acid in the oil reached 87%.
