八角籽仁油GC_MS分析和急性毒性试验_方健 . Fatty acid composition analysis of the seed oil of Illicium verum Hook.f. by GC-MS and acute toxicity test

Abstract

Using petroleum ether as solvent to extract the oil in the seed of the Illicium verum Hook.f.was researched.The fatty acid composition and content of the oil were analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of fatty acid of the Illicium verum Hook.f.seed oil was linoleic acid 34.658%,oleic acid 34.986%,palmitic acid 17.838%,docosanoic acid 4.096%,stearic acid 4.093%,eicosanoic acid 1.550% and tetracosanoic acid 1.336%,among which the unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids were(69.644%) and 28.913%,respectively.The acute toxicity test preliminary showed that the least fatal dose and the maximum tolerance dose of Illicium verum Hook.f.seed oil were more than 40 mL/kg in mice.
