Abstract

Objective:To determine the oil compositions and contents in Brassica rapa L.seed.Methods: the oil of Brassica rapa L.seed was extracted by Soxhlet extraction method,and its component were analyzed by GC—MS,Results;there were six kinds of fatty acid in Brassica rapa L.seed.Its contents were oleic acid(12.5%)、linoleic acid(19.6%)、linolenic acid(8.9%)、stearic acid(7.4%)、palmitic acid(5. 8%)、erucic acid(18.2%).Conclusions:The method was simple,sensitive,the results was accurate and reliable and can be used in the composition of fatty acids and determination in Brassica rapa L.seed.
