Abstract The fatty acid in grape seeds was extracted with a mixed solvent. The esterfied sample was determined by GC-MS. 42 kinds of fatty acid were separated and identified. The chief components of the fatty acid in grape seeds are unsaturable fatty acid(73.28%), linoleic acid(62.38%).
