Exploring Phylogenetic Relationships between Hundreds of Plant Fatty Acids Synthesized by Thousands of Plants. more details ...
Abstract The lipid components of chrysanthemum L seed oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide(SCD) were determined by GC/MS analysis. The resutls showed that the oil was composed of 32 ingredients. The major fatty acids were lioleic acid (68.32%), palmitic acid(10.80%) and oleic acid(6.39%). The content of tocopherol was rich and up to 390 mg/100 g oil. The physical and chemical properties of chrysanthemum L seed oil were also studied.
