Disclosed is a method for the quantitative analysis of the individual, obtained from Petroselin acid-containing oils fatty acids using the liquid-partition chromatography of native acids and their oxidation by E. v. Rudloff. Analysis of seed oils of cultivated plants in Bulgaria Foeniculum vulgare L. (fennel), Coriandrum sativum L. (coriander) and Pimpinella anisum L. (Anis) illustrates the method.
