Fat- and protein-contents of 9 oilseeds growing wildly in Vietnam were found out, and characteristic values as well as fatty acid composition of fats obtained by extraction of these oilseeds with n-hexane were determined. The results are evaluated with respect to a possible utilization of these fats.
