CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF FRUITS IN RUBUS-CAESIUS GROWING IN THE AZERBAIJAN-SSR USSR

Abstract

Data were presented on the chemical composition of ripe fresh fruits and juice of R. caesius from the Azerbaijan SSR. Data were presented on the following substances found in the plant; dry matter, total sugars, pectin, titratable acids, total anthocyanins, tanains, vitamin C and fatty oils. Data were also given on substances detected by paper chromatography.
