Abstract Pinus armandi seed oil was extracted in organic solvent and its fatty acids were analyzed by G. C. Of the six main fatty acids, palmitic acid, Stearic acid, Oleic acid, Ileoleic acid, Linoleic acid, and Linolenic acid, the Linoleic acid is the dominate which takes up 44. 66% of the total. The unstaturated fatty acids are amount to 90. 9%. The properties and components of compared with those of seabuckthorn oil and were proved more advantageous. The results showed that pinus armandi seed oil is not only nutritious, but also beneficial to human health. It can be considered as another nutritive health protection and industry oil resource.
