Abstract

The seeds of Calophyllum inophyllum contained 54.4% oil, and the fatty acids obtained from the oil comprised oleic 42.7, linoleic 13.5, palmitic 17.9, stearic 18.5, and other acids 7.4%. The seeds of Garcinia cambogia contained 5.0% oil, and the fatty acids obtained from the oil comprised oleic 31.0, linoleic 33.5, palmitic 14.8, stearic 7.0, and other acids 13.6%
