Abstract The seed oils of A. moschatus (ambrette) contained 12,13-epoxyoleic acid (6.4%), malvalic acid (5.2%), and sterculic acid (9.2%) in addn. to C10, C12, C14, C16, and C18 acids. Seeds contained 19.5% oils, 0.8% unsaponifiables, 36% protein, and 8.4% moisture. Phys. properties of the oil are tabulated
